Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Depending on how far you use the platform:

• Account: your email address, your password (stored hashed, never as plain text), and your language preference.
• Profile: name, phone number, your CV file and the text extracted from it, skills, experience, and salary expectation if you provide one.
• Applications: which vacancies you applied to, and their status.
• AI interview: audio or video recordings, transcripts, scores, and the explanation behind each score.
• Assessments: personality and IQ test results, if you take them.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, when, and under which version of this policy.

2. What companies see

By default a company sees your profile anonymised: skills, experience and scores, without your name or contact details.

Your identity is revealed only when a company unlocks it, and that runs through your consent. Applying to a vacancy means you agree that the company posting it may see your identity for that application.

3. How AI is used, and what leaves the platform

We use a language-model provider (OpenAI) to read CVs, generate interview questions, and score answers. What matters is what is actually sent there.

• CV screening: an anonymised summary of your CV is sent. The original CV text is not included, and contact details are stripped first.
• Interview scoring: the transcript of your answers is sent. Your CV text is included only if you have given consent.
• Voice: recorded answers are transcribed by a speech-recognition provider, and interview questions are read aloud by a speech-synthesis provider.
• Every score carries an explanation. We do not produce numbers without reasons.

4. Automated decisions

If your score falls below 60, the system marks the application as automatically rejected. Three things apply here, and we treat all three as non-negotiable.

• The rejection is recorded against "AI System", not against a recruiter, so it is clear who decided.
• You remain visible to the company. You are not removed from the list.
• A recruiter can restore your status at any time. The final decision always rests with a person.

5. How long we keep things

Interview recordings are encrypted at rest and deleted automatically 30 days after the interview. Transcripts and scores are kept longer, because they are the basis of a hiring decision and you are entitled to see them.

Account and profile data is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, see section 7.

6. Third parties

Besides the AI provider above, this platform uses:

• Cloudflare Turnstile, on the sign-up pages, to tell people apart from automated scripts.
• Google Analytics, on public pages such as the home page and the job board only, and only after you press Accept on the cookie notice. Analytics is not present on any page behind sign-in.
• An email delivery provider, for messages such as email verification and password resets.

7. Your rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the following rights, and all of them are available inside your account rather than by written request:

• See and download your data in a machine-readable form.
• Delete your account. The account is closed permanently, your profile leaves the marketplace, and no new application is ever submitted in your name. What stays with a company is the data it already paid to unlock: your name, contact and CV on an application it processed. Your account cannot be deleted while an application is still being processed.
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave.
• Correct inaccurate data, from your profile page.

8. Where data is held

Our servers are in Jakarta, Indonesia. Some AI processing runs on provider services hosted outside Indonesia, limited to the data described in section 3.

9. Changes to this policy

Every version of this policy carries a number, and that number is recorded alongside the consent you give. That means your consent can always be traced back to the text you actually read at the time, not to text we changed afterwards.
